Financial Administration

Cheri joined Charterhouse Group in 1984 and became the firm's Chief Financial Officer in 1993. During her tenure, she has been involved and now oversees the finances of Charterhouse Group's private equity funds. Her activities include managing financial and tax reporting, fundraising, investor relations, portfolio monitoring, risk management and human resources.

Previously, she was employed as an Accountant at International Service Systems, Inc., then a NYSE-listed company.

Arthur joined Charterhouse Group in 2001. He currently manages the day-to-day accounting operations and investor communications for Charterhouse Equity Partners III, L.P. and provides financial support for the firm's portfolio. Previously, he was employed as an Audit Associate in the Assurance and Business Advisory Services Group of PriceWaterhouseCoopers LLP where he focused on broker/dealer, hedge fund and private equity client engagements in the capital markets arena. He holds a B.S. in accounting from Rutgers University and an M.B.A in Finance from Baruch College's Zicklin School of Business.

Karen joined Charterhouse Group in 2006. She currently manages the day-to-day accounting operations and investor communications for Charterhouse Equity Partners IV, L.P. as well as the accounting operations for the Management Company. Previously, Karen was employed as an Accounting Manager in the Investment Partnership Services Group at Geller & Company. Previously, Karen was employed as a Senior Associate at Goldman Sachs Group, Inc. where she focused primarily on the private equity fund accounting, investor reporting, financial analysis and tax work. Karen holds a B.S. in accounting from Villanova University.
