Financial Administration

Cheri joined Charterhouse Group in 1984 and became the Firm's Chief Financial Officer in 1993. She is responsible for all of the Firm's financial and reporting activities and also serves as Chairman of the Firm's Valuation Committee. During her tenure, she has developed and implemented procedures and controls for the Firm's internal and external financial, tax, compliance and treasury activities, which has resulted in streamlined audits, with no adjustments proposed by independent auditors and taxing authorities. She has also developed processes which positioned the Firm to be an early adopter of consistent and transparent reporting to limited partners.

Previously, Cheri was an Accountant in the finance department of International Service Systems, Inc.

Arthur Brodsky, Controller, joined Charterhouse Group in 2001. He currently manages the day-to-day accounting operations and is involved with all reporting, tax and treasury functions. He is directly responsible for investor communications and financial and tax reporting for Fund III. Arthur is also involved in the monitoring of several Fund IV portfolio companies. Previously, he was employed as an Audit Associate in the Assurance and Business Advisory Services Group of PriceWaterhouseCoopers LLP where he focused on broker/dealer, hedge fund and private equity client engagements in the capital markets arena. He holds an M.B.A in Finance from Baruch College's Zicklin School of Business and a B.S. in accounting from Rutgers University. Arthur is also a Certified Public Accountant.

Karen P. Reeves, Accounting Manager, joined Charterhouse Group in 2006. She is involved in the day-to-day accounting operations and investor communications for Fund IV as well as the accounting for the management company. Previously, Karen was employed as an Accounting Manager in the Investment Partnership Services Group at Geller & Company and as a Senior Associate at Goldman Sachs Group, Inc. where she focused primarily on the private equity fund accounting, investor reporting, financial analysis and tax work. Karen holds a B.S. in accounting from Villanova University.
