Charterhouse Group

Selected Historical Investments

Since our inception in 1973, Charterhouse Group
has completed investments in over 100 platform
companies. These businesses have, in turn, made
hundreds of add-on acquisitions. A representative listing
of our platform investments by time period (based on the original investment date/decade) follows below.

The 1970's through 1990's investments were reflective of our strategy for pursuing middle-market opportunities across all industry sectors. Since the start of the current decade, we have focused our investments in three sectors - Business Services, Healthcare Services and Consumer Products and Services - those which we believe provide the best opportunities for organic growth as well as for executing build-ups.

We welcome requests to speak with management teams and/or business owners that we have worked with over the last four decades.
