Charterhouse Group Portfolio Company Completes Acquisition
of Gericare

MP TotalCare Inc. ("MP TotalCare"), a Charterhouse Group, Inc. portfolio company, today announced the acquisition of Gericare Providers, Inc. ("Gericare"), a leading national supplier of direct-to-consumer wound care products. The acquisition firmly establishes MP TotalCare as one of the largest privately held providers of diabetic supplies, wound care products, urological supplies and respiratory medications in the United States.
